By signing up for Pick-Roll, you accept our Privacy Policy and agree not to:
- Use our service to send spam or scam users.
- Promote violence on publicly viewable Pick-Roll channels, bots, etc.
- Post illegal pornographic content on publicly viewable Pick-Roll channels, bots, etc.
- Engage in activities that are recognized as illegal in the majority of countries. This includes child abuse, selling or offering illegal goods and services (drugs, firearms, forged documents), etc.
For users accessing Pick-Roll within the European Union, the User Guidance for the EU Digital Services Act constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service. Users from EU countries must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Terms of Service for Pick-Roll Premium
1. Premium Services
Pick-Roll offers a subscription membership (“Pick-Roll Premium”) that provides exclusive features and enhanced functionality. By purchasing Pick-Roll Premium, you agree to authorize recurring payments via your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled by you or Pick-Roll.
1.1. Payment
You can manage your Pick-Roll Premium subscription in the Settings section of your account. If your payment method is declined, you must update your payment details to maintain your subscription. New subscription periods will align with the original renewal date if successfully charged.
1.2. Taxes and Conversion Rates
Certain regions may require users to pay local taxes, which are added to the purchase cost. Payment providers may apply their own commissions and conversion rates, which are outside Pick-Roll’s control.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel Pick-Roll Premium anytime through the subscription management settings in the app. If purchased via Apple or Google Play, cancellations must be handled through those respective platforms.
2.2 Refunds and Effective Cancellation
Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused days. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
3. Third-Party Purchases
If you obtain Pick-Roll Premium via a third party (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store), their terms apply. Chargebacks or refund requests will allow Pick-Roll to release necessary data to facilitate resolution.
4. Termination
4.1. Compliance with the Terms
Failure to comply with Pick-Roll’s Terms of Service may result in account suspension or termination without compensation for unused Premium features.
4.2. Unilateral Termination
Pick-Roll reserves the right to terminate subscriptions due to unforeseen circumstances or legal obligations. In such cases, prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
5. Taxes, Fees and Refunds
Users are responsible for all taxes, data plans, and internet fees associated with their use of Pick-Roll. All charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and partial refunds are not available for early cancellations.
6. Changes to Pricing and Terms
6.1. Pricing Changes
Pick-Roll reserves the right to change subscription fees and terms to reflect new offerings or economic conditions.
6.2. Advance Notice
Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice, allowing users to cancel before new fees take effect.
7. The Scope of Premium Services
7.1. Included Services
Included Services Pick-Roll Premium includes features outlined in the Premium Section. New features may be added or existing ones removed due to legal or technical reasons. Some Premium Services may become free or part of a new membership tier.
7.2. Availability
Pick-Roll strives for continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential technical issues. Compensation is not provided for temporary disruptions.
7.3. Software Requirements
Certain features may require the latest app version or compatible devices. Users you interact with may also need updated software to fully utilize shared Premium features.
7.4. Advanced Features
Premium Services may include features like transcription and translation. Accuracy and availability depend on third-party services, and no guarantees are made regarding consistent performance.
7.5. Increased Download Speed
Premium removes internal speed limits, but actual download speeds depend on external factors like hardware and internet providers.
7.6. Advertisement-Free Experience
Premium users in specific countries will not see sponsored messages from Pick-Roll. However, channel-administered ads may still appear.
7.7. Boosts
Premium provides “boosts” to enhance channel features. Boost allocation and channel benefits are subject to change.
7.8. Giveaways in Channels
Channel admins can host giveaways at their expense, adhering to Pick-Roll guidelines. Admins are solely responsible for any additional prizes beyond Premium subscriptions. Noncompliance may lead to penalties. Pick-Roll is not liable for regulatory constraints related to giveaways or disputes arising from undelivered prizes.
3. Updates to Terms of Service
Pick-Roll may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app.
